At KB Sports Therapy, we believe in the correct diagnosis of your injury, necessary treatment and rehabilitation to restore your strength. We pride ourselves on the focus of getting our clients pain free and the prevention of injuries by adding “prehab into their rehab”. We have a proactive approach to avoiding pain and injury, by helping you build strength and stability around your most vulnerable areas, while improving mobility, balance and joint function to prevent the potential for injuries.

This service provides the expert assessment and treatment of specific sports and occupational injuries. Whether it be acute or chronic, the treatment and advice on offer will not only target your current injury, but will also focus on prevention.
